📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records using SAP and Oracle Financialis.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and manage tax obligations.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support.
- Conduct regular financial reviews and provide insights to senior management.
- Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate financial information.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and tax, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with SAP and Oracle Financialis is a plus.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
