As an MEP Engineer at Lippo Mall Nusantara, you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of the mall's mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure the smooth operation of the mall.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement maintenance schedules and protocols.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of new MEP systems and equipment.
• Provide technical support and guidance to mall staff on the operation and maintenance of MEP systems.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving measures to reduce operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards for MEP systems.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and reliability of MEP systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP engineering, with a focus on commercial or retail facilities.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and equipment for MEP systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
