📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collaborate with architects and engineers to design and oversee the construction of interior spaces.
• Create detailed design plans and specifications using tools like AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Ensure designs meet functional, safety, and aesthetic requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to manage project timelines and budgets.
• Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, incorporating their feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in interior design and construction.
• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and regulations.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in design and construction processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design and construction.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Creative and innovative approach to design.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with project management tools like MS Project or Primavera P6 is a plus.
