Field Collection Team Leader - North Jakarta (Contract)

In this critical role, you will lead a team of field collectors to ensure efficient debt recovery while maintaining strong customer relationships. This is a full-time contract position with a competitive salary of Rp 8,000,000 - Rp 12,000,000 per bulan.

Based in Jakarta Utara, you will be responsible for managing a team of field collectors, setting daily targets, and ensuring that all collections are processed efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of field collectors to ensure efficient debt recovery.
• Set and monitor daily targets for collections.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance and provide feedback.
• Ensure all collections are processed efficiently and in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to facilitate debt recovery.
• Monitor and report on team performance and collections progress.
• Provide training and support to team members to ensure they are equipped to handle their roles effectively.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure a coordinated approach to debt recovery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the fintech or collections industry.
• Proven track record of success in debt recovery and customer relationship management.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with collections software and tools, such as Salesforce or similar.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Certification in collections or customer relationship management is a plus.
