📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Design and deliver nature-based educational programs for students aged 6-12.
- Plan and lead outdoor educational activities, such as nature walks, wildlife observations, and environmental projects.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that integrate environmental education with core academic subjects.
- Foster a love for nature and sustainability by creating interactive, hands-on learning experiences.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and community members to enhance the school's environmental initiatives.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to ensure educational goals are met.
- Promote and participate in community outreach programs to raise awareness about environmental conservation.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in nature-based education.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or environmental education.
- Certification in nature-based education or outdoor learning is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of the Indonesian National Curriculum and ability to adapt lessons to meet educational standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage students and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passion for environmental conservation and a commitment to sustainable practices.
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a strong advantage.
