As a Kindergarten Teacher, Assistant Teacher, or English Teacher at YC, you will be responsible for creating engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons, observing and documenting children's progress, and collaborating with parents and other educators to ensure a well-rounded education. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons for children aged 3-6 years.
• Observe and document children's progress, providing feedback to parents and other educators.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other educators to ensure a well-rounded education.
• Use educational software such as SmartKid and KidzRoom to enhance learning experiences.
• Participate in professional development workshops and training sessions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment.
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that values diversity and creativity.
• Assist in organizing and leading group activities, field trips, and special events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or assisting in a kindergarten or preschool setting.
• Certification in Early Childhood Education (CPNS or equivalent) is a plus.
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English, with the ability to teach English to young children.
• Strong knowledge of child development and psychology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
