📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Build and maintain strong relationships with premium clients through regular communication and personalized service.
• Manage client accounts, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
• Monitor client satisfaction and provide feedback to improve services.
• Participate in sales activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer relationship management.
• Attend and participate in client meetings and events as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer relationship management or a similar role.
• Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Previous experience in the tourism or hospitality industry is a plus.
