As a Human Resources Staff, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative support. You will work closely with the HR Manager to ensure that our HR processes are efficient and aligned with our company's values and goals. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update employee records using HRIS (Human Resources Information System) such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM.
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees.
• Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
• Support the HR Manager in organizing and conducting training sessions and workshops.
• Handle administrative tasks related to HR, such as payroll processing and leave management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
• Familiarity with HRIS such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
