📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.
• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and coordination of project activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Provide technical and managerial support to the Project Manager, including risk management, stakeholder communication, and issue resolution.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date, including progress reports, risk registers, and issue logs.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and address any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in industrial construction.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in industrial construction, with a strong focus on high-precision environments such as pharmaceutical and semiconductor facilities.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of construction laws, regulations, and best practices in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
