📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to employees,Create training materials and resources,Conduct training needs analysis and assessment,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training goals are met,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development,Report on training program outcomes and recommendations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Training Officer or similar role,Strong knowledge of training and development principles and practices,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training tools,Certification in training and development (e.g., ATD, ASTD) is a plus
