📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the PBTH department, including passenger boarding and transportation handling,Ensure that all passengers are safely and efficiently transported to and from the aircraft,Maintain and improve the facilities and equipment used in the PBTH department,Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and efficiency of the PBTH department,Manage and lead a team of professionals to ensure that all operations are running smoothly,Monitor and report on the performance of the PBTH department to senior management,Work closely with other departments to ensure that all operations are coordinated and efficient,Ensure that all regulatory requirements and industry standards are met and maintained

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as aviation management, business administration, or a similar field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior executive role in the aviation industry,Strong background in managing and leading teams,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards in the aviation industry,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
