Star Food Jaya is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our sales team in achieving targets and driving customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve monthly targets.,Support the sales team in maintaining and expanding the customer base.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.,Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations for management.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving customer satisfaction.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
