📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for our organization.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, candidate communication, and offer negotiations.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs to the HR management.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and employment agencies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
