Overseeing all aspects of operations, including production, logistics, and quality control,Developing and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity,Monitoring and analyzing operational data to identify areas for improvement,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies,Managing and mentoring the operations team to ensure they are performing at their best,Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations,Implementing and maintaining quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of product quality,Managing budgets and resources to ensure that operations are running cost-effectively

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and productivity,Strong knowledge of operations management principles and practices,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Familiarity with ERP systems and other relevant software,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
