📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Stock and manage inventory of food supplies.,Assist in cleaning and maintaining the kitchen.,Help with food presentation and plating.,Assist with special dietary requirements and allergies.,Participate in kitchen duties and tasks as assigned.,Learn and apply new cooking techniques and recipes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience as a commis chef or similar role.,Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian cuisine is a plus.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
