📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Provide information about hotel amenities and services
  • Ensure guest rooms are clean and prepared for new guests
  • Handle guest requests and complaints professionally
  • Participate in hotel events and activities
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the guest rooms
  • Assist with the preparation of guest room amenities
  • Follow safety and security protocols

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum high school education
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (preferred but not required)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Basic knowledge of English (spoken and written)
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
