📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide technical support to branch tellers, ensuring smooth operation of web-based applications.
• Monitor and maintain mobile banking applications, identifying and resolving technical issues promptly.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement system enhancements and improvements.
• Document and track technical issues using ServiceNow and JIRA.
• Conduct regular system performance reviews and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Train and mentor junior staff on technical support procedures.
• Participate in incident management and disaster recovery processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in IT support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT application support or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow and JIRA.
• Familiarity with web-based applications and mobile banking systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in ITIL or equivalent is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
