📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, such as GAAP and IFRS.,Provide financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making.,Manage the company's relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective management of the company's financial resources.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and risk management.,Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and financial reporting.,Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and other departments.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Experience with financial management software, such as SAP or Oracle, is a plus.
