📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Collecting payments from customers in accordance with company policies and procedures.,Maintaining accurate records of all collections and updating the company's accounting system.,Following up with customers who are overdue on payments to remind them of outstanding balances.,Providing excellent customer service to all customers, answering their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have.,Working with the collections team to develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates and reduce delinquencies.,Attending to customer complaints and resolving any issues that may arise during the collection process.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to collections.,Attending to customer complaints and resolving any issues that may arise during the collection process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the finance or collections field.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
