📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Waiter in managing the dining room operations,Take food and beverage orders from customers and deliver them promptly,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dining area,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive dining atmosphere,Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently,Assist in inventory management and restocking of food and beverage supplies,Train and supervise junior staff members,Maintain accurate records of sales and customer feedback

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software,Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures,Fluent in Indonesian, with English being an advantage,Physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods of time
