Your daily tasks will include financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, providing valuable insights that support our business growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian GAAP and IFRS standards.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
• Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure the timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of budgeting and forecasting models, providing valuable insights for financial planning.
• Support the finance team in maintaining and updating financial records and databases using SAP, Oracle, and QuickBooks.
• Participate in financial audits and internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial accounting, with a focus on pharmaceutical or a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS standards.
• Proficiency in using financial accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, and QuickBooks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
