📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Branch Manager in managing day-to-day operations of the branch.,Oversee the work of department heads and ensure they meet their targets and objectives.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless business processes.,Monitor and report on branch performance, including sales, production, and financial metrics.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch efficiency and productivity.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Support the Branch Manager in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role in the manufacturing or industrial sector.,Strong understanding of the stainless steel industry and market trends.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems and management software is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
