📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory, staffing, and customer service.,Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor store performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve operations.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective product delivery.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Manage store budget and expenses to ensure profitability and financial health.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
