📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure consistent performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that sales goals are met and exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail sales.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, events, and other industry-related activities.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of retail sales principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market research and analyze sales data.
  • Proven ability to train and mentor junior sales consultants.
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing software and tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
