📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.,Coordinate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and inventory levels.,Identify and implement improvements to production processes.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Conduct regular quality checks to maintain product standards.,Provide training and support to team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in production management or a related role.,Strong understanding of production processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using production management software and tools.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the production environment.,Ability to travel to the company's Padang office as needed.
