Cloud Gate Indonesia is looking for a dedicated and experienced Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in building our talent pipeline and ensuring that we attract, assess, and hire the best candidates for our organization. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to facilitate talent acquisition.,Provide feedback and guidance to hiring managers on candidate performance.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
